Birmingham family connect work together to support families, continuing to build relationships and supporting a range of needs of all family members. To get support for a child, young people, or a family, complete a Family Connect Form can be completed by aprofessional or you are able to complete a self referral. This will allow the team to fully understand the family needs and provideappropriate support from within the Early Help Partnership.
